Witnesses report person passing out ‘for a good time, call’ flyers: Medina Police Blotter

Person of suspicion: Homestead Street

At 2:48 p.m. on August 17, police looked into a report of a suspicious individual handing out fliers with the words “have a good time,” “call,” and “phone number” to onlookers.

At the time of the report, no additional police information was available.

Spring Grove Street trespassing

At 9:26 a.m. on August 17, police were called to a report of a man exploring a property without authorization.

They told the man to go.

Crash in traffic: Public Square

After a traffic accident at 9:18 a.m. on August 17 that left no injuries recorded, a driver was given a citation for operating outside of designated lanes.

Violence against women: Hooper Drive

At 12:22 a.m. on August 16, police were summoned to a residence and a lady was detained for domestic violence.

Lafayette Road is being driven too fast.

At 2:33 p.m. on August 16, a driver who had received two previous traffic citations within the previous year received a speeding ticket.

Criminal damage: Union Street East

At 2:46 p.m. on August 17, police reported criminal damage to a property. At the time of the report, no additional information was available.

Pearl Road is the warrant.

At 8:01 p.m. on August 17, a driver was stopped for a traffic infraction and taken into custody on an active arrest warrant.

Plates that have expired: State Road

At 3:54 a.m. on August 18 at State Road and West Liberty Street, a driver was stopped and given a citation for having expired license plates.
