Ohio John Armstrong, 49, is wanted for the rape of a 14-year-old, and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that leads to his capture.
The U.S. Marshals claim that Armstrong is wanted by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office and that he frequently visits locations in Cuyahoga and Summit counties.
The task force is asking anybody with information regarding Armstrong’s whereabouts to call 1-866-4WANTED or provide a tip online at www.usmarshals.gov/district/oh-n/index.html. It is possible for tipsters to stay anonymous.
