Ohio Quashawn Hogan, 30, is wanted on charges of felony strangulation and aggravated burglary. The Cincinnati Police Department’s District Three Investigators are currently looking for him.
On June 18, 2025, Hogan reportedly kicked in the victim’s front door, according to investigators.
According to authorities, Hogan choked the victim during a physical confrontation, forcing them to lose consciousness.
According to the description, Hogan is a Black man who weighs 160 pounds and is 6 feet tall.
His last known residence was on Lillie Place in the Cumminsville neighborhood, and he has a history of domestic abuse.
Authorities ask anybody with knowledge on Hogan’s whereabouts to get in touch with Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers, warning that he may be dangerous. Anonymous tips are welcome, and they could earn you money.
As on July 1, 2025, he is officially on the sought fugitive list.
