Sandra Phelps, 60, is wanted on two charges of felonious assault after a domestic altercation in Cincinnati’s District Three, and OHIO police are looking for her.
On June 28, 2025, officers were called to a verbal fight that escalated when Phelps allegedly pulled out a sword and tried to cut the victims, according to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers.
The degree of the victims’ injuries was not disclosed.
Phelps is described as a Black woman who weighs about 185 pounds and stands 5 feet 9 inches tall.
Her last known address was Middletown, Ohio, and she has no known criminal history.
As on July 2, 2025, authorities believe she is a wanted fugitive.
The Cincinnati Police Department and Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers are asking anyone with information regarding Sandra Phelps’ whereabouts to get in touch.
