Andy Stokley, 45, is wanted on several offenses, including Theft by Unlawful Taking of $1,000 or more. Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is requesting the public’s assistance in finding him.
Additionally, Stokley is still wanted for failing to appear in court and failing to wear seatbelts.
According to the authorities, he is a white man who weighs about 190 pounds and is 6 feet 3 inches tall. He has hazel eyes and short blond hair.
