The public is being asked to assist ILLINOIS Rockford Area Crime Stoppers in tracking down a wanted fugitive.
50-year-old Dustin Kay is presently wanted in the city on suspicion of aggravated violence.
Residents are being warned by authorities not to approach Kay if they see him because he could be harmful.
