Ohio Tyrone Wise, 63, has been missing since the morning of July 1 and has been placed under an Endangered Missing Adult Alert.
Wise was last observed leaving his residence on East Water Street in Urbana at approximately nine in the morning.
Authorities claim that he has health problems, and there is increasing worry about his safety.
He weighs about 200 pounds, has brown eyes and gray hair, and is 5 feet 6 inches tall. When last spotted, Wise was sporting a Tupac t-shirt and black jeans.
It is thought that he is operating a white 2004 Ford Ranger registered in Ohio with the license plate KLK6921.
