Ohio’s Mayfield
The Hardwood Court is suspected.
On August 17, the owner of a vacant house came to check on it and discovered an unidentified bicycle in the garage, an open door, and lights on inside.
While investigating and discovering new pry marks on a door, responding cops discovered a man sitting on the front porch and took him into custody.
Officers searched the man and discovered stolen credit cards, a loaded revolver, and a ski mask.
The 23-year-old Cleveland guy was taken into custody and is accused of receiving stolen property and aggravated burglary.
He had expressed interest in purchasing the listed house to the police, but he was unable to support his statement with any documentation.
Since it is currently for sale for more than $700,000, the house is unoccupied.

The only person inside checked out fine. He claimed to have bought the car from the dealership while searching for cigarette butts.
When the company was shuttered, officers told him he couldn’t be there.
Hickory Hill Drive’s fauna
On August 14, a woman reported to the station that she had a fight with a man while out for a stroll the day before.
She claimed that his unrestrained dog attacked her and that when she confronted him about the dog’s lack of a leash, he did not react well.
Officers concluded that the Metroparks were the scene of the incident.
The woman thought the man resided on Hickory Hill Drive, and they recorded the incident and told her to call the police if she had any more problems with him.
