New York’s Cooperstown. The 2025 National Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place in Cooperstown on Sunday, and the entire baseball world will be watching. MLB Network will broadcast the event, which is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. Eastern.

Billy Wagner
Dick Allen
Allen played infield for several MLB teams before passing away in 2020 at the age of 78. Allen hit 351 home runs with a.292 batting average over his career.
He made his debut with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1963, marking the beginning of his career. He hit.290 with 204 home runs and 655 runs batted in throughout his nine seasons and two stints with the Phillies.
The Los Angeles Dodgers, Oakland Athletics, Chicago White Sox, and St. Louis Cardinals were among Allen’s previous trips. He won an AL MVP award in 1972, an NL Rookie of the Year award in 1964, and seven All-Star selections during his career.
CC Sabathia
One of the most dominant pitchers of his time was CC Sabathia, who was selected first on the ballot.
Sabathia received an AL Cy Young Trophy in 2007 and six All-Star selections during a career that began with Cleveland. In 2009, while playing for the Yankees, Sabathia won a World Series and went on to win ALCS MVP.
In 19 years, he amassed 251 victories in Cleveland, Milwaukee, and New York.
Dave Parker
Similar to Allen, Parker had a stellar 19-year career and was named to the All-Star team seven times.
In 1973, Parker made his Pittsburgh Pirates debut as a designated hitter and outfielder. The Cincinnati Reds, Oakland Athletics, Milwaukee Brewers, Los Angeles Angels, and Toronto Blue Jays were among the teams he played for.
Parker hit 339 home runs and.290 over his career. He won three Gold Glove Awards (1977–79), was named an NL MVP in 1978, and was named a Silver Slugger three times (1985, 86, 90).
Parker won two World Series: one in 1979 with the Pirates and another ten years later with the Athletics.
Parker, 74, passed away in June. His birthplace was Grenada, Mississippi.
Ichiro Suzuki
In his time, Ichiro Suzuki was one of the most reliable batters.
Over the course of his 19-year career, which he spent mostly in Seattle as a Mariner, Suzuki amassed 3,089 hits and a batting average of.311. On the MLB’s all-time hits list, he is ranked 25th.
Suzuki arrived from Japan and made his Mariners debut in 2001. As a rookie, he made an immediate impression and won the AL MVP award.
Suzuki won the Gold Glove Award ten times and was named an All-Star ten times. During his career, he took home two batting crowns. He still holds the single-season record with 262 hits in 2004.
Ichiro was just one vote away from a unanimous entrance into the Hall of Fame when he was elected in January.

Billy Wagner
During his 16 years in professional baseball, Virginia-born Wagner, a left-handed pitcher, was a dominant reliever.
With 422 saves, he holds the eighth-highest total ever.
In 1995, Wagner began his career with the Houston Astros. In addition, he played for the Atlanta Braves, Boston Red Sox, New York Mets, and Phillies.
In 1999, he received the NL Rolaids Relief Man Award and was named an All-Star seven times. During his final season with the Astros in 2003, Wagner contributed to a team no-hitter.
