Hoppy Dude Brews closing Hinckley taproom

Published On:

Ohio’s Hinckley Hoppy Dude Brews said on its Facebook page that it is preserving its planned Medina manufacturing plant but closing its Ridge Road bar in Hinckley.

At the end of September, the establishment located at 1369 Ridge Road, Hinckley, will close.

Part of the post said:

Unfortunately, our landlord has decided not to extend our lease; this was not our decision. We are deeply thankful for the memories, the giggles, and the beers we have shared with you all here in Hinckley, even though we are sad to be leaving the location where it all started.

However, this is only the beginning of a new chapter—it is not the end! In Medina, we’re planning a brand-new trip. The production site of Hoppy Dude Brews is located at 3926 Pearl Rd., Medina, OH, as many of you are well aware. We are putting a lot of effort into getting the taps running there as quickly as feasible. We’ll keep you updated, but the opening date is still up in the air.

Located just north of Ohio 303, Hoppy Dude Brews began operations with a one-barrel system in a 600-square-foot facility. It just celebrated its fourth anniversary.
