Attacking a law enforcement official: Avon Belden Road
An ambulance was called to the scene of a collision on August 4 around 2:15 in the morning. It was the young motorist who was intoxicated. OVI, failure to control, underage alcohol offense, resisting arrest, and assaulting an officer were among the charges against him.
OVI: Road Lorain
On August 4, a caller claimed that a guy had fainted while in a car at the Speedway gas station. He was taken into custody and accused of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle.
Unruly behavior: Lear Nagle Road
On August 7, police responded to a report of underage drinking in a public parking lot. One individual was taken into custody and charged with open container, marijuana possession, disruptive juvenile, disorderly conduct—intoxication, and underage possession.
Center Ridge Road was stolen.
At 11:41 p.m. on August 2, police were called to Goodwill after two individuals were carrying items from the donation pile in front of the business into their car. They received a theft citation.
Violating the law: Avon Belden Road
On August 2, police were called to Snappy Gas because someone was not welcome there. After being taken into custody, the individual was accused with criminal trespassing.
Intruder: No address
Police were called in response to a trespassing allegation on August 5. A suspect was taken into custody and accused of resisting arrest and trespassing.
