ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — A tradition that started in 1933 at Keystone Camp in North Carolina, Christmas in July has been embraced as a way to enjoy the holiday spirit — minus the gloom and frost of December.
The Rocky River Chamber of Commerce will host a Christmas in July happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday at Tommy’s bar, 1325 Linda St.
“It will be ho-ho-hot outside, but chilled drinks will be available. Plus, score your chance to win a signed guitar by Bon Jovi, presented by Hampton Water,” the chamber has announced.
Join the chamber and friends for networking on the patio. The event is free for members, and non-members are welcome to join.
