She s on to the next era

When Swift revealed that her third studio album, The Life of A Showgirl, will be released on October 3 (10/3 or 10 + 3 = 13, for fans searching for Easter eggs), it was the most anticipated moment of the most recent episode of New Heights. Swift reteamed with previous producers Max Martin and Shellback to create the 12-song album, which includes a collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter on the title track.

Travis noted that Swift penned The Life of A Showgirl while truly living the life of a showgirl during the European portion of her Eras tour. She wanted to document that lightning in a bottle in an album, and she was inspired by the hectic life of traveling the world with Travis.

Regarding the album theme, Swift clarified that it encompasses all of the behind-the-scenes activities. Life is happier.

The songs are energetic hits that will stick in your brain, according to Swift and Travis, who frequently boasted that they had already listened to the album. Furthermore, Swift stated that the 12 tracks on the album are it for this new age, in contrast to her previous release, the 31-track Tortured Poet’s Department.

“There are hundreds of reasons why every single song is on this album,” Swift stated. As proud as I am of the Eras Tour, I want to be just as proud of an album.

They re settling into home life together

Swift and Travis hinted throughout the episode that they were getting used to living together at home following the conclusion of the Eras Tour. During the podcast’s recording, Swift said she could hear Travis shouting new information all the time throughout the home. She also talked about breaking the news that she had repurchased her masters records earlier this summer by interrupting Travis while he was playing video games. Swift also mentioned getting back into her interests after touring, such as cooking, baking sourdough, sewing, and painting.

Travis replied, “I am the luckiest man in the world.”

Taylor credits the podcast for their relationship

Swift and Travis described the beginnings of their love throughout the show. Following months of rumors, the couple announced their romance to the public in 2023. Swift gave Travis’s public plea on New Heights full credit for igniting their romance.

Since Travis chose to utilize this podcast as his personal dating app two years ago, Swift said, it has helped her land a boyfriend. She claimed she’s been composing songs about romantic gestures she wants to happen for her entire career, and she likened it to a John Hughes film from the 1980s.

Travis, however, stated that he made the public appeal because he truly fell in love with Swift after seeing her perform live on the Eras Tour.

He replied, “I wouldn’t have come on here if I hadn’t gone to that show and been enthralled and just captivated and left with such a desire to want to meet you.” Throughout the program, the couple’s flirty feelings were difficult to ignore, much to the delight of their admirers.

Taylor talks becoming an NFL fan

Given that Swift was featured on a podcast including two NFL players, she was asked to explain how she became interested in football and gave Travis full credit.

She recalled, “I had no idea what a first down was.” I was unaware of the definition of a tight end.

She is now pleased that she has been able to draw so many young girls and women to watch the sport, even if it is just to get a peek of her. Swift was commended by Travis for embracing the football world and making an effort to learn everything she could. Despite working in very different sectors, the two really had a connection to one another’s professions because they both undertake physically taxing jobs for three or more hours in front of hundreds of people in NFL stadiums.

Travis looks back on the Eras Tour together

Swift talked extensively about her historic Eras Tour, describing it as ideal for its purpose. When Travis wore a tuxedo and performed I Can Do It With a Broken Heart at one of her London gigs, he even had the opportunity to experience what it was like to be in her position.

Travis remarked that it was nothing like playing football in front of an NFL crowd and that he felt like an ant.

Swift came up with the concept for the cameo, but she claimed that as she mentioned it, she could tell Travis was really intrigued. “That was really unique,” Swift remarked. He has hilarious timing. She went on to say that the loudest screams from the audience ever occurred as he took the stage.

This summer, Swift and Kelce visited his hometown and dined at JoJo’s Bar in Chagrin Falls. The Kansas City Chiefs star was in town for the Forest City Insurance and Patrick Bacon-sponsored Alex’s Way Charity Golf Tournament.

Since Kelce is a proud native of Cleveland Heights, Swift’s return to the city had been anticipated for a long time. When the Chiefs faced the Browns last year, there were rumors that she would visit Cleveland, but she didn’t show up.
