The tour’s only stop in San Antonio is the October 25 Alamodome event, which will be Paul’s first appearance there since 2014 and his first at the storied venue since 1993.

With this addition, the Got Back 2025 itinerary now includes 20 performances across North America, from September 29 in Palm Desert to a two-night grand finale in Chicago on November 24 and 25.

The entire Let It Be experience will be brought to the McCartney experience by Paul and his longstanding band, Wix Wickens, together with Rusty Anderson, Brian Ray, Abe Laboriel Jr., and the Hot City Horns. Imagine traditional nostalgia combined with joyous singing and fireworks.

Why San Antonio will always remain a strawberry field

This is more than just another tour date; it’s a return to Texan stadium legend. In 1993, Paul was the first major artist to perform at the Alamodome, drawing over 48,000 spectators.

This extended 20-show run is a unique opportunity for Wings and Beatles fans to enjoy live storytelling. Expect favorites like “Love Me Do,” “Band on the Run,” “Live and Let Die,” and poignant references to his Beatles repertoire.

Why this epicencore will be missed by Beatles fans

Every performance is a celebration of a 60-year musical journey, a touch of nostalgia, and an exhilaration in the present, with hits like Hey Jude, Blackbird, and the moving Abbey Road medley capping the evening.

Given the distance between New Orleans and Chicago, there is conjecture (and hope!) that Paul would visit Austin for an unexpected benefit or club gig, putting ardent fans in suspense. I’ll keep an eye out and report back to you!
