BEREA, Ohio Due to Kenny Pickett’s hamstring issue, the Browns will not be signing a quarterback, a league source told Cleveland.com.
They still have Shedeur Sanders, Dillon Gabriel, and Joe Flacco, the other three quarterbacks in the four-way fight.
Starting today, when the pads are put on for the first time, all three will receive additional repetitions.
Flacco and Gabriel will probably get more first-team reps, and Shedeur Sanders will probably get more second-team reps.

Does it matter who plays quarterback for the Browns? Why Terry Pluto says it does
Sanders has been running with the fourth team most of the time, Flacco and Pickett with the first, and Gabriel with the second and third.
Sanders may also receive his first opportunity to play with the starting lineup.
Pickett will probably miss the entire practice week and be reassessed at the end of the week after injuring his hamstring during a drill on Saturday. He will miss next week’s joint practice against the Panthers if he is not prepared.
As the Browns enter the thick of training camp, it is a major blow to Pickett’s chances of winning the quarterback competition. Pickett and Flacco were the front-runners, and they hoped to decide on a starter in the coming weeks.
Pickett cannot officially be ruled out, but it raises the likelihood that Flacco will start Week 1.
