Rewind Diner opens burger and shake shop in Brooklyn

The city of Brooklyn, Ohio Brooklyn’s new Rewind Diner is a great place for anyone who want to take a trip down memory lane.

The Cleveland Restaurant Group, which owns and runs 15 locations around Northeast Ohio, owns and runs the 1950s-style burger, fries, and shake eatery.

“We had been considering a diner concept and wanted to be on the west side, so by chance, really, we found the spot in Brooklyn,” said Martin Moran, director of operations for the Cleveland Restaurant Group.

We thought this was the ideal location for our new idea because of the room’s long design, which made us think of an old restaurant.

We installed a new kitchen and demolished the existing one.

Every day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Rewind Diner is open. It may be found at 6850 Biddulph Road in the Biddulph Plaza.

The 1,800-square-foot Rewind Diner, which has 58 seats and retro décor, was once a Chinese restaurant and another diner. There’s a nice atmosphere about oldies rock ‘n’ roll.

Executive Chef Julian Kuczma of the Cleveland Restaurant Group designed the restaurant’s cuisine, which consists mostly of smashburgers.

According to Moran, we enjoy it since it’s a straightforward menu that’s easy to follow.

Given today’s labor shortage, we want excellent quality and competitive pricing. We don’t want to complicate things too much.

People are enjoying it a lot. We’re receiving excellent evaluations. Being able to eat in a pleasant, light-filled space makes them very pleased.

Among them is Kathleen Pucci, the president of the city council.

“I can’t wait to try our newest restaurant in Brooklyn,” she stated. Residents who have tried it already have told me positive things about it.

Our town now has more varied dining options thanks to the opening of Rewind Diner.
