North Carolina Late Saturday night, a shooting at a house party in the Shawtown neighborhood of Harnett County left one person dead and two others wounded.
Around 11:40 p.m., deputies from the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office arrived on the site in response to reports of shooting.
Officers confirmed that three persons had been shot when they arrived at a house with a sizable gathering.
At the site, one person was declared dead. For treatment, the other two were taken to Fort Bragg’s Womack Army Hospital.
The event is being looked into by the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office. As of for now, no further details on the victims or any suspects have been made public.
