Tennessee Daniel Poole, 19, of Orlinda, Tennessee, was identified by the Metro Nashville Police Department as the guy who died in a motorbike accident on Thursday morning.
The collision happened at the Gallatin Pike North 1500 block.
Police say Poole was trying to cross the road into the Pep Boys parking lot when he was side swiped by a Honda Accord while driving his Harley-Davidson south.
Poole was struck, then rolled into the northbound lane, where two more cars struck him. After being taken to Skyline Medical Center, he passed away there.
According to MNPD officers, none of the drivers involved displayed any indications of intoxication.
Investigators think the Honda driver’s failure to yield caused the collision.
