Ohio The winner of the top prize of $40,000 annually for 25 years is a resident of North Canton who scored big in the Ohio Lottery’s $50 scratch-off game, VIP Millions.

Instead of receiving a lump sum payment, the winner opted for an annuity, which offers yearly installments.
